Vanessa is the owner and creative designer at Vanessa Jane Weddings & Events. As a professionally qualified Bridal Hair and Makeup artist Vanessa developed her successful venue styling company over ten years ago, growing from a local business to one now working in venues across the South. We are the recommended suppliers at Old Thorns Hotel, Liphook, Southdowns Manor Hotel, Midhurst, New Place Hotel, Southampton and Portsmouth Guildhall.
Vanessa offers a personalised and bespoke service to couples planning their wedding and to anyone planning a special event. Consultations take place throughout the process to ensure every tiny detail is considered - nothing is too much trouble and Vanessa is renowned for going beyond expectations.
Vanessa employs a team of people to support the business ensuring every wedding day or event goes as planned. The decor team arrives early on the day of the wedding to set up; bouquets, buttonholes, and wedding flowers are delivered to various locations; and brides and bridesmaids enjoy being pampered with exquisite hair styling and make-up at home or the venue.
Vanessa also has access to an extensive network of companies providing other wedding services such as photographers, DJs, music, singers, photo booths, LED flooring and cakes.
The Florist
We have engaged the talent of a local florist who works exclusively for Vanessa Jane Weddings & Events. Jane, who trained at Covent Garden Flower Academy, offers beautiful hand tied bouquets as part of our wedding packages, alongside bespoke floral design work to enhance the styling of any wedding venue.
We only work with fresh, seasonal flowers and can offer designs in a range of styles from vintage to traditional to contemporary, depending on budget and the wedding venue itself. We also provide floral designs for churches, registry offices and all other wedding venues.
